You never have to come to us, unless you want to. Once we come to you, if you don’t respond, we tell your family and friends you are in harms way. History

This project is the result of more than 20 years of solving the ultimate problem: giving you a warning before you are in harms way which actually pertains to YOU and your current location on the planet. For years, Meteorologists have been improving technology, with more and more accurate forecasts. However accurate, the illusion lies in the solution. It forgot about you, and where you will be every minute of the day. It continued to fail you as the distribution of this critical information was left to weather radios, television sets, the internet and finally with apps for smartphones. You needed to be by one of those devices to be warned. You needed power and shelter. Nothing was done about where you are when away from televisions, radios, etc. You need to know one thing: are you safe now? Once you know that, you need to know if those you care about are safe. We have solved this problem with our Software as a Service (SaaS) called…

“LIFEARMOR”

 The first ever mobile software application (app) which comes to you only when your 20 mile ring is penetrated.

In this example, this is the threat which has been vetted (double checked) for accuracy, with your location at the center (where you are right now,  in space and time).

Press it to ‘see more’ about the threat which is (in this example) 55 minutes and 46 seconds away from you, and be directed to our social site.

 The smaller circle (above) where you can follow your children, family and friends. It is the ultimate ‘see more here” button which once pressed takes you to our social website where you can follow everyone in your group.

The Phone Icon allows those who want more information about the threat, and directly connects the customer with a 24 hour customer support provided by the carrier they use.

*Carriers will have their own version of the software to answer any questions about the threat, essentially a link to our social site which will have the customers location, the location of the threat and the details of the threat.

For example, the threat varies with each situation and will be displayed as above. The customer calls the center, they see the threat above and know its a Hail Storm moving at 44mph with a 70% chance of Hail the size of 0.5 inches.

The rest is for the really interested customers should they want to know everything.

These two features are the goal of our software; To create a Global Community of awareness on a Hyper-Local level regarding threats of any kind from the air or from the ground exactly where you are…not a zip code.

 This is also a crucial part when driving and receiving a notice, keeping you eyes on the road.

  When planning a trip, integrate your calendar and check the forecast up to 10 days out. This is also crucial when planning a driving trip and want to (or need to for shipping) avoid inconvenient weather/threats.

  Also, sign up for an email, text or SMS for 12 hours prior to leaving to your destination and get the conditions expected while on your trip anywhere in the world. Know how to pack.

  The night before, set your alarm on your mobile device. Wake up to a personal forecast for the general conditions expected that day in the area of the mobile device. Plan your day.

  The alarm clock is a voice recorded forecast will gently wake you with the conditions expected for the day. No more waiting for the forecast, press play to hear it again….just in case you are sleepy.

More History

Meteorologists, such as myself, are handicapped when it comes to warning you about right now, where you are in time and space, and giving you a window of opportunity to do something before the dangerous conditions arise. We have been going about the warning system the only way we knew how; until now. We represent a shift in awareness with today’s ever increasing technology we are now able to reach you, where you are right now. For as long as there has been a Broadcasting message regarding severe weather; if you were without power and shelter (outside) there was never a way to warn you. We are not alone, as News Agencies everywhere are trying to find you and let you know of the danger.

Apps come the closest to solving this problem; however they fail in many ways, for example:

1) You have to go to the app, or decipher what a County Warning means if you get a text message from your serviced app

2) GPS based systems of delivering up to date imagery (of where you are in relation to the storm) fail to penetrate the very storm which threatens you due to blackout. This leaves you with “No Signal” when you need it most.

Our company has built technology which finally serves those without power and shelter. It has been my (professional broadcasting life-long goal) dream come true, to finally be able to warn you when you needed to be warned.

Does it really matter what the threat is? To some, it does. For most, inconvenient weather/threats are not enough if they are not translated to how it will affect ‘me’.
